A concerned citizen recently posted photos on Facebook showing a man dragging a young girl around a Cleveland, Texas Walmart by her hair.
A concerned citizen recently posted photos on Facebook showing a man dragging a young girl around a Cleveland, Texas Walmart by her hair.
Erika Burch, the woman who took the pictures, says she witnessed the incident while shopping on Monday.
She reports that the girl, whose hair was being held against the handle of a shopping cart, was pleading, “…Please stop. I promise I won't do it again. Please stop!” but the man continued.
In addition to taking photos, Burch approached the man and told him to let go. He rebuffed her request, saying it was none of her concern.
Soon after, Burch called the authorities.
According to KPRC, Cleveland police and Child Protective Services are looking into the matter to determine if the man has a "pattern of behavior."
