Kos Knight's Castle - Kos, Greece

Built by the Knights of Saint John shortly after their arrival in Kos around 1314, this castle greets all visitors who arrive onto this beautiful Greek Isle by ferry. It was lost to the Ottomans during their invasion in 1522, but much of the fortress still remains today. Wander through this historically loaded castle, with some pieces dating/tracing back to the Asklepion.
