In order to define Backlog collaboratively, you will have to make team called ‘Offering Team’.
Provider user can manage ‘Offering Team’ iff appropriate rights are set against user role in ‘Configure Access’ module.
This team can have users from provider & customer side. This team will take care of Backlog of offering.
You can configure Approval rights for team members. Approvers will be able to approve the requested backlog item for further implementation.
You can also configure type & mechanism of Approvals.
