Bolivia: State of Emergency Due to Outbreak of Wildfires

A state of emergency has been declared in Bolivia following an outbreak of wildfires - the worst for ten years.
A severe drought and high winds are fueling an estimated forty fires that are burning out of control spreading over more than 8,000 square kilometers. Authorities in Cochabamba, in central Bolivia, say strong winds are hampering their efforts. Our Correspondent, Dimitri O' Donnell with the story.
