Driver Overtakes Two Trucks on the Hard Shoulder

While driving down the 401 highway in Ontario, Canada, one man captured this dash cam footage. The video shows a car coming from behind on the slow lane, undertaking the car the video is being taken from, and then going onto the hard shoulder to get passed two trucks that happened to be side by side.
