Zookeepers and patrons alike had a bit of a shock when they came across this poor seal pup in the moat outside the seal enclosure at Milwaukee County Zoo. One concerned onlooker recorded the scene, where the Zookeeper reassured the scared pup and mother, and waited for backup so that the baby could be lifted back up to safety.
