Mycoprotein or Quorn is a unicellular filamentous protein , ( or fast growth fungus or many other terms and names its givern ) its part of the fungus / yeast / mold family , the same family and genetic forms as Cancer fungus ( C ) . How safe is this species of microfungus to safely be consumed is questionable ........Are we being fed the Candida ( C ) form species in this product ? ....They say the full ingredients are a strictly gaurded secret .
