Funnel Cloud Spotted Over Pancevo

A funnel cloud was spotted in the town of Pancevo, near Belgrade, as thunderstorms accompanied by hail swept across Serbia on Monday, June 20. Serbian news media reported a “whirlwind” blew through Pancevo, while other sources referred to it as a tornado. Tennis ball-sized hail reportedly caused extensive damage to roofs and cars.
