Nebraska Cornhuskers vs Penn State Nittany Lions in 1982. This play was amazingly ruled a catch. The referees must still be hungover from last night's party because this guy's feet were definitely out of bounds when he caught the football. The Huskers ended up going 12-1 in the 1982 season. The three point loss to Penn St. was their only loss of the season. The University of Nebraska football team also repeated as Big Eight champs.
