Health experts have long urged people to switch out processed white grains for the better whole grain varieties that are readily available, and now new research has produced evidence that the switch might help you live longer! Researchers found that people who ate three or more servings of whole grains each day decreased their risk of premature by 20 percent in comparison to those who ate fewer or no servings of whole grains at all.
