Waterspout Spotted Off Bonita Beach During Tropical Storm Colin

A waterspout was spotted off Bonita Beach, Florida, on Monday, June 6, as heavy rains and winds lashed the area during Tropical Storm Colin. The storm moved onshore in Florida’s Big Bend area and passed northern sections of the state and southeastern Georgia through early Tuesday with maximum sustained winds near 50 mph.
