Resist AIM Pipeline and Sane Energy Project held a rally outside the Office Of New York Senator Charles E. Schumer 780 3rd Ave, Ste 2301 NYC, New York, New York 10017. calling on Senator Charles Schumer to stand up against the AIM Pipeline. Senator Schumer can influence the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the rest of the Senate to reject this pipeline at the federal level. They were gathering to tell Schumer that they need him to:
1. Publicly request a full stop to all construction
2. Join Governor Cuomo in calling for an independent health and safety evaluation
3. Lead a charge among fellow Senators in states along the pipeline route to put an end to this project once and for all.
after the rally two large signed postcards were delivered to Schumers office inside.
