The World Trade Concierge (WTC) was founded in 2014, to provide specialized assistance to importers and exporters worldwide. Formed after hundreds of in-depth interviews which revealed common pressure points creating ongoing management and operational headaches. Interviews that formed ideas, and those ideas have become key services to eliminate these headaches associated with day-to-day world trade activities.
