This is apparently the new version of the Gulen Movement's signature song, Yeni Bir Dunya, based on a poem (Akyol) by Fethullah Gulen. It appears to me that the GM is trying to get away from the original song as it is a red flag about the connection between the constantly renamed "International Festival of Language and Culture" and the Gulen Movement.
