The video, filmed in the Everglades this month (April 19), shows the alligator biting the dead turtle and moving it across the road.
It eventually leaves the dead animal and heads back into the swamp.
The filmer was riding a 15-mile bike trail through the national park when he stumbled upon this amazing site.
