A Los Angeles judge has found no fault on the part of Porsche in a 2013 car wreck that killed Fast & Furious franchise star Paul Walker and a friend.
U.S. District JudgePhilip S. Gutierrez said there was not enough evidence to suggest that Porsche's suspension failed before the crash.
The German-based automaker denied any wrongdoing from the start and also stated that the Carrera GT Walker's friendRoger Rodas was driving had been altered.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department concluded that unsafe speed caused the November 2013 crash.
