Fidel Castro has responded to U.S. President Obama's visit to Cuba. He criticized Obama's call to “forget the past … look to the future” and denounced the on-going U.S. blockade on Cuba
and constant U.S. attempts to overthrow the revolution. “We don't need the empire to give us anything … we are able to produce our food and wealth,” he said.
