Twenty five years ago, Latin America took its first step towards regional integration and autonomy after centuries of being controlled by foreign forces. On March 26, 1991 the Common Market of the South was created and now includes Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, Venezuela and Bolivia.
