As the candidates graduate to New Hampshire ahead of next Tuesday's first primary, there is all to play for. On the Democratic side, Monday saw the tightest Iowa Caucus ever with Hillary Clinton edging left-wing Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders but failing to deliver that early knockout blow she expected. Meanwhile the Republicans boasted their highest-ever turnout in Iowa with evangelical hard-right Texas senator Ted Cruz distancing Donald Trump.
