バタークリーム（卵白1個分でできる分量）
1.鍋にお湯を沸かす。
2.鍋を火から下ろし、上にボールを置く。
　ボールの底は湯に付かない程度にする。
3.グラニュー糖　46g、卵白 1個分を入れ、グラニュー糖が溶けるまで混ぜる。
4.グラニュー糖が溶けているか指で触って確かめる。
5.湯から下ろし、無塩バター 135g、バニラエッセンスを数滴入れ、ホイップする。
6.全体によく混ざったら、絞り袋に入れ、絞りやすい固さになるまで冷蔵庫で冷やす。
7.カップケーキの上に絞り、飾る。

Butter cream (quantity made in one egg white)
1. Boil water in a pan.

2. Take down a pan from fire and put a bowl on it.
To the extent that the bottom of the bowl is not attached to the hot water.

3. Granulated sugar 46g and one egg white are put in, and mix until granulated sugar melts.

4. Check with your finger to see granulated sugar has melted or not.

5. Take down from hot water and put in 135 g of salt-free butter and several drops of vanilla essence, and whip them.

6. After well mixed wholly, put into a piping bag and refrigerate until it becomes the hardness which is easy to squeeze.

7. Squeeze and decorate on a cupcake.
