Mehmet Şimşek, Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey delivered a speech as the keynote speaker at the Ankara-based think-thank, Foundation for Political, Economic and Social Research (SETA)'s fifth annual conference in Washington DC.

After his speech, a journalist from Kurdistan TV asked him a question about the future of the Kurds in the Middle East.
