Bolivia: Prisoners Protest Planned Food Cuts

Inmates at four Bolivian prisons report that the provision of basic supplies in four Bolivian prisons will be cut because the LA Paz government has not paid suppliers for months. Prisoners have taken to the rooftops of their respective prisons to demonstrate their discontent over the decision. Their placards say that food is fundamental and cannot be cut.
