Kreu i Urdhrit të Farmacistit Arjan Jaupllari paralajmëron se dhënia me koncesion e pullës së dyfishtë do të rrisë çmimin e barnave në treg, duke rënduar në xhepat e pacientëve shqiptarë. Pullën e re fiskale sipas Jaupllarit, nuk e aplikon asnjë vend i botës. Sipas tij pulla ekzistuese i ka të gjithë elementët e sigurisë. Deri me sot, pullat prodhoheshin ne Shqipëri dhe me pas dërgoheshin per t'u vendosur ne vendet e origjinës se barnave. Kjo praktike ndiqej pasi Shqipëria konsiderohet nje treg mjaft i vogël per kompanitë e mëdha farmaceutike. Ndërsa me vendimin e ri, gjithë procesi kalon ne duart e koncesionarit, çka do te sjelle kosto shtese per konsumatorët.
