Mazhoranca ka kaluar vetëm me votat e saj, vendimin qe i hap dritën jeshile referendumit per miratimin e tre ligjeve me argumentin se ato janë kusht per integrimin e vendit ne BE. Me 73 votat e saj, kryeministri Berisha ftoi PS te behet pjese e votimit te tre ligjeve, por opozita jo vetëm që nuk ka marrë pjese por është larguar nga salla e seancave plenare. Opozita argumentoi voten kundër me antikushtetueshmerine e nismes se 26 deputeteve demokrate, qëllimi i së cilës është sipas Fatmir Xhafajt, delegimi tek opozita i dështimit të statusit. Përveç opozitës kritik ndaj idesë se kalimit te 3 ligjeve me referendum eshte shprehur dhe eurokomisioneri Stefan Fyle, i cili deklaroi se nje veprim i tille cenon frymën e dialogut mes qeverise dhe opozitës. Edhe drafti i medias u votua kundër nga opozita me argumentin se shkak te cenimit te lirisë se medias,. Kryetarja e komisionit te medias Valentina Leskaj, tha ne nenet ku sanksionohet puna e KKRT dhe AMA nuk garantohet pavarësia e tyre. Mazhoranca argumentoi se ligji plotëson te gjitha kushtet e kërkuara, duke i cilësuar absurde pretendimet e opozitës. Deputetet socialiste akuzuan qeverinë per favorizim te mediave qe fshehin dështimet e politikave qeveritare, duke vijuar dhe me dhënie tenderësh per interes te pushtetit për dixhitalizimin. Akuzat e lëshuara ne drejtim te KKRT, institucion ky sipas opozitës i njëanshëm dhe jo funksional parlamenti votoi me 73 vota pro te deputeteve demokrate dhe 61 kundër te socialisteve, privatizimin e 4 HEC-eve, lotarinë kombëtare, aktin normativ për legalizimin e banesave.
