Problemeve te listave te zgjedhësve i shtohen edhe ato te komunitetit rom ne komunën Levan te rrethit Fier. Ne kete zone numërohen 800 votues te komunitet rom, por ka ende shume te tjere qe rezultojnë te jene te paregjistruar. Përgjegjës te zyrës se gjendjes civile thone se romet jane analfabete dhe nuk dine te lexojnë as emrin e tyre ne liste. Listat paraprake te afishuara ne qendrën e tyre te banimit janë grisur dhe askush prej tyre as e ka pare dhe as nuk kane lexuar emrin ne liste.
