Rikthehen përmbytjet ne te gjithe vendin. Shirat e rrëmbyeshëm te 24 oreve te fundit kane paralizuar jetesën per shume banore, ndërsa kane shkaktuar deme te medha edhe ne tokat bujqësore.
Qarku Lezhe paraqitet me problematik, e konkretisht tre fshatrat, Balldre, Kolsh dhe Shengjin. Banesat e mbi 30 familjeve ne fshatin Kakarriq te komunës Balldre nga mesnata jane nen uje. Kjo situate qe përsëritet çdo vit ne qarkun Lezhë nuk ka gjetur zgjidhje. Kryetari i komunës Balldre dorëzohet përballë ketij fakti, duke thene se komuna nuk ka fonde per te shmangur situata te tilla. Situata mbetet problematike edhe ne Kurbin. Ne fshatin Gjorm rezultojnë 50 ha toke bujqësore e përmbytur. Ndërsa rreziku sa vjen dhe behet me kërcënues per tete familje te kesaj zone. Përmbytjet jane prezent edhe ne Patok dhe Fushkuq te Kurbinit. Ndersa ne Fier, me shume se 200 banesa dhe dhjetëra njësi tregtare ne rrezik nga fryrja e shtratit te lumit Gjanica. Banorë dhe qytetarë të ndryshëm pohojnë se kjo përmbytje është ndoshta me e madhja e këtyre 20 viteve. Mungesa e investimeve është shkaku kryesor i kësaj situate.
