Nisi qetësisht si një proteste e Aleancës Kuq e Zi kundër prerjes se pemëve përgjatë "Rrugës se Elbasanit", por përfundoi me shoqërimin e një prej aktivisteve te saj ne polici. Protesta e Aleancës Kuq e Zi u zhvillua ne vendin ku janë prere pemët dhe aktivistet vendosen ne trungjet e mbetura flamuj me siglën e PD. Ky moment nisi edhe debatin mes tyre dhe uniformave blu qe kërkonin te shoqëronin patjetër disa prej tyre ne komisariat për te dhënë sqarime. Pas debateve, Sekretari i Rinise Kuq e Zi, Rigert Kapllani, u shoqërua ne polici. Ndërsa përfaqësuesit e Aleancës e etiketuan këtë rruge si "Sopatat e Bashes", duke bere atë përgjegjësin kryesor për atë qe është cilësuar "masakër ambientaliste". Prerja e pemëve ne "Rrugën e Elbasanit" ka nisur pak dite me pare ne baze te një projekti për zgjerimin e rrugës.
