Është përcjellë për ne banesën e fundit poeti Pano Taçi, i ndare nga jeta ne moshën 84-vjeçare. Ne homazhet e zhvilluara për nder te tij, ne hollin e Teatrit Kombëtar, mes familjareve, njerëzve te letrave apo politikaneve ishin te pranishëm edhe miqtë e tij te burgut komunist, ish te përpjekurit politik. Duke apeluar ne emër te poetit te ndjere, ish te përndjekurit ngritën edhe njëherë shqetësimin mbi dëmshpërblimet e pa marra. Mesazh, i cili me pas u mbështet edhe nga presidenti Bamir Topi, i pranishëm ne homazhe. Jeta e Pano Taçit ka qene ne fakt një kalvar i pafund vuajtjesh, burgimesh dhe internimesh. Atij iu privua liria e fjalës dhe mendimit, por vetëm pas viteve '90 Taçi nisi te botoje serine e veprave te tij poetike, te versuara nga kritika. Mes lirikave te tij, ato qe do te kujtohen gjithmonë janë vargjet erotike, te cilave, Pano Taçi iu dha një identitet te ri ne letërsinë moderne shqiptare. "Muzgu vjen papritur" është libri qe Pano Taçi ka lënë përgjysmë, një përmbledhje me poezi qe pritet te botohet tashme pas vdekjes se poetit.
