Opozita ne Komisionin e Veprimtarive Prodhuese ka akuzuar kryeministrin Berisha se po favorizon mafien serbe te energjisë, duke bllokuar qe prej mese një viti ndërtimin e linjës se interkonjeksionit Shqipëri-Kosovë. Gjate diskutimit për draft rezolutën për punën e Entit Rregullator te Energjisë, deputeti socialist Artan Gaçi sqaroi se edhe pse qeveria gjermane ka dhënë fondet, investimi për këtë projekt është pezulluar ne mënyrë te çuditshme. Akuzat e deputetit socialist shkaktuan debat mes palëve edhe për faktin se kush është më i ndjeshëm ndaj çështjes kombëtare. Në fund, rezoluta kaloi pa asnjë ndryshim, vetëm me votat e mazhorancës.
