Është përkthyer ne 8 gjuhe te ndryshme duke u konsideruar si romani me i suksesshëm i Fatos Kongolit! Por, vetëm disa dite me pare "Lekura e Qenit" u publikua edhe ne gjuhen ndërkombëtare te esperantos. Janë gati 2 milion esperantist ne bote qe kuptojnë dhe flasin, këtë projekt te cilin e krijoi polaku hebre Ludvig Llazar Zamenhof ne vitin 1887 me qellim, kuptimin sa me lehte mes popujve te ndryshëm.
Por, ja qe edhe ne këtë vend te vogël si Shqipëria Esperanto ka një tradite mbi 100-vjeçare. Ky libër është fjalori i pare shqip-esperanto i hartuar nga Cefo Fico ne vitin 1928, ndërsa ky botim mbi historinë e heroit tone kombëtar Skënderbeu është shkruar ne Esperanto nga Cuk Simoni një vit me pas. Bardhyl Selimi, kryetar i shoqatës se esperantistëve vendas, rrëfen se ka mbi 400 shqiptare te regjistruar qe flasin këtë gjuhe. Vete Selimi i cili e ka mësuar qe 16 vjeç këtë gjuhe, tregon se ndryshe nga te tjerat Esperanto mund te mësohet shume shpejt ne harkun kohor te 4 muajve dhe ne Shqipëri janë botuar mbi 10-tra libra ne këtë gjuhe. Për te, te gjithë duhet ta mësojnë esperanton, pasi jo me kot ajo njihet si gjuha e paqes. 12 është numri i esperantistëve shqiptare qe sot japin kurse për këdo qe dëshiron ta përvetësoje këtë gjuhe, e cila mbase nuk flitet masivisht ne te gjithë boten, edhe pse qëllimi është te shuaj kufijtë.
