Gjykata e Apelit për krimet e renda ka prishur vendimin e Gjykatës se Shkalles se Pare, e cila dënoi me burgim te përjetshëm Alfred Shkurtin, i njohur ndryshe si Aldo Bare.
Trupi gjykues i kryesuar nga Edmond Gogu shpalli vetëm verdiktin qe e çon për rishqyrtim dosjen për kreun e bandës se Lushnjes, ndërsa nuk dihet ende arsyetimi i togave te zeza. Avokati mbrojtës i Aldo Bares tha se do ta apelonte edhe këtë vendim, pasi klienti i tij është i pafajshëm. Madje ai nuk përjashtoi mundësinë e kërkesës për lirimin e Bares, për shkak te mbarimit te afateve te paraburgimit. Gjate dy seancave te kaluara, mbrojtja pretendoi për shkelje te shumta procedurale, si dhe parregullsi ne marrjen e provave. Edhe Prokuroria kishte kërkuar prishjen e vendimit me burgim te përjetshëm për një vrasje, pasi sipas akuzës, Aldo Bare duhet te marre dënimin maksimal edhe për tre vrasje te tjera.
