After having a hefty dinner at Talisay, we pile into Addie's car and go to Tops. This place is situated on top of one of Cebu's many steep hills. It was fantastic to see the glittering lights from above. It was pretty windy and cold and we were counting lightnings piercing the sky. Of course, we didn't pass up the opportunity to camwhore.
