The Dirt Rondy is hosted by the Inland Empire Sled Dog Association, and is part of the K9ScootersNW Race Series. It is known for the relative flatness of the small team course and the GIANT mud puddles.
We were not racing for medals, as there were far better conditioned and faster teams out there, but we were racing our own clock, with the goal being improving our time. We only closed 10 seconds because of a slight tangle near the end of the second run that needed handler assistance, but overall we had clean and successful runs both days. Very proud of my girls and how good they did.
