Sleep In Heavenly Peace CD
Over many years I have tried a variety of CD's to let go of stressful thoughts that keep me from sleeping.
Genevieve Gerard, with her calming and reassuring voice, has effectively added visualization--breathing in beautiful soothing colors, along with suggestions about a kind of effortless release of thoughts and feelings that get in the way of falling asleep. I often find I've fallen asleep before this CD plays all the way through!
