Chile: Ties Between Pinochet and Nazi Enclave

The late Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet had ties to a secretive Nazi enclave according to a recently revealed investigation. The town named Colonia Dignidad was founded by Paul Schaefer, a former medic in Nazi Germany. The ties were unveiled by Chilean rights group Londres 38. Spokeswoman Maria Jose Perez said that there was close collaboration and exchanges of information between Pinochet and the town.
