Venezuela's Electoral Software Audited

Venezuela's National Electoral Council audited the software to be used at polling stations in the December elections. Voters select their choice of candidates by computer after a fingerprint scan to verify their identity. A paper ballot of the vote is then printed, which the voter then deposits in the ballot box.
