This is a video I put together showing the emergence of Hector Bellerin as an Arsenal player.
Hector was famously given his first team debut in the Champions League against Dortmund away in the 2014/15 season. Arsenal did not play well that game and Bellerin's clear inexperience was exposed. However, from that moment (coupled with an injury to Debuchy & a horror show from Calum Chambers against Swansea away) he has bounced back big-time earning his place as Arsenal's first choice RB at 20 years of age.
As a right back, Bellerin possesses blistering pace and speed in general. But what makes him a rare talent is his mentality and the rate at which he is maturing and learning the game. Having played as a winger before, Hector has adapted his qualities as an attacking full back and is comfortable in most attacking situations. He seems to be improving his defensive attributes quite steadily with the more experience he gets.
Hector Bellerin has top class potential as a RB and it will be amazing to see his development under Arsene in the next few years!
