00:00start off with the big game in college football and boy if you just closed your eyes and blind

00:05bet the dogs against tennessee the last decade or so my gosh would you make a lot of money in

00:11their favorites again this week four and a half points total of 49 and a half in the great match

00:15up in neyland stadium 330 eastern i mean man the trend is speaking toward georgia here in this one

00:21is there any chance that that trend changes maybe this is one of the better tennessee teams at least

00:26i can throw that out there that's faced the bulldogs in the last decade yeah you know i'll

00:32start out with this you know virtually everyone i would think had georgia ranked in their top five

00:38in their preseason poll uh but you know to date they really haven't shown that i mean they have

00:43been pretty uninspiring in season opening victories over featherweights uh marshall and austin p uh so

00:50they've looked anything uh georgia's looked anything but like a national championship contender to this

00:56point in my opinion this past weekend against austin p they only managed 28 points average less than

01:03five yards a carry and you really need to run the ball more effectively uh than that against a team

01:09of austin p's caliber just for comparison's sake last year in its opener against louisville uh louisville

01:15beat them 62 to nothing and put up 571 yards so georgia's offense clearly uh is sputtering somewhat

01:23uh you know the look headline in this game was a little bit over seven points the line currently

01:29sits at three and a half so the market is obviously weighing somewhat in its enthusiasm for uh kirby smart

01:36and the and the dogs but i'll tell you sometimes craig when the market bobs i weave and that's going to

01:41be one of these cases i'm going to side with the georgia team here that few are looking to support

01:47apparently you know first of all as you mentioned georgia's won eight straight in this series

01:51they've been dominant they've covered six straight in the series uh it's just been a you know a rivalry

01:57where history is on the dog's side but more importantly than that the key piece of my handicap

02:03and the reason i like georgia is more fundamental in nature and what it is is that i think georgia's

02:10defense their front seven maybe not as great as some of those great front sevens they've had

02:15uh in the last you know six or seven years but still well above average i think they're going to get

02:21after tennessee's new quarterback joey aguilar and joey aguilar is a guy who in his two seasons

02:26as the starter at appalachian state he threw a total of 24 interceptions had 51 turnover worthy plays

02:34during the last two seasons according to pro football focus and looking at just last season 2024

02:40his 5.4 percent turnover worthy play rate was third worst among the 14 quarterbacks in the sun belt

02:49this guy's a gunslinger he also had 26 big time throws according to pro football focus to lead the

02:55conference in that category so he likes to he likes his arm and he's got a pretty good arm and he tries

03:00to force it in some tight spots sometimes it works out sometimes it doesn't i think georgia's going to

03:07force him in some turnovers i think they're going to expose those uh turnover tendencies that aguilar's

03:13displayed in the past i like georgia minus three and a half to go into nayland stadium

03:17and defeat tennessee by four or more
