How to Make Scallops with Mango Salsa

Eating scallops with mango salsa will make you feel like you are on the beach. With its fresh and light taste you can't go wrong with this dish any time of year.

Ingredients:
3 Sea scallops
100 g Mango salsa (watch the recipe at GastroLab)
10ml Olive oil
20 g Butter
White pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish

Preparation:
Clean scallops, sear in olive oil, season to taste.
Sear until golden, then add butter.
Serve scallops with mango salsa, garnish with greens as desired.
