Ingredients: ½ shallot 2 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp Champagne vinegar 50 ml Olive oil 80 ml Truffle oil Salt to taste Pepper to taste
Preparation Combine Dijon mustard, olive oil, champagne vinegar, truffle oil and seasonings. Chop the shallot, than add it to the dressing. Stir until smooth.
