Better than taking yet another pill! "Random acts of kindness and senseless virtue give you karma points" Ok. This is salty. Coming from the Great Salt Lake, that isn't a surprise :). It is full of magnesium as well. And 2ml is not hard to take. I add it to my morning orange juice and it isn't noticeable. If you take more than the recommended serving this will help clean you completely out.
