Ingredients: 1 slice fresh ginger 1 1/2 oz dark rum 2 oz pineapple juice 1/2 oz simple syrup 1 dash Angostura bitters Garnish: Lime wheel Glass: Rocks
Method: In a shaker muddle the ginger. Add the remaining ingredients and fill the shaker with ice. Shake, shake, shake, and then strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel, and serve.
