Peter played artist Richard Kent, a friend of Garth Taper (David Gautreaux). Garth was accused of assaulting friend Vicky, but it turned out that Richard was the psycho responsible for the crime, and he tried to make it a double header with Sunny Adamson (Marcia McCabe).
