This level contains mushroom towers. First, you'll see a red Koopa and 2 Goombas. The ? Block is right next to a moving platform. After a red Paratroopa, ride 2 platforms moving then continue ahead. When you find land, the stairway is a bit harder to reach so dash then you'll scale it to reach the flagpole.
