Car broke down on way home from beaches on a Sunday, so this was the closest and only place I could find (I live in Virginia); Monday AM received call from Parks, they were very good at explaling what the problem was and how to go about fixing it--even to the point of saying you should take it back to previous mechanic because they didn't follow through, and, I don't want to take your money--instant credibility and integrity
