Excellent Review
I have been taking several of these ingredients separately (spirulina, wheatgrass, alfalfa powder, reishi powder, beet root juice, cocoa bean, goji berries) and it was getting too expensive or cumbersome to reorder. I was offered Athletic Greens at a discount and I jumped at the chance. This powder not only contains EVERYTHING I was purchasing before, but so much more. If you read the back of the bag, you will see that it contains vitamins, raw foods, herbs, and digestive enzymes. I have been taking it everyday for 3 weeks and feel fantastic. I will repurchase a second bag.
