Chile: Congress Offers Mea Culpa in Corruption Scandal

In response to a series of corruption cases involving lawmakers, the Chilean congress offered an unprecedented collective mea culpa yesterday. Also dogged by corruption allegations is President Michele Bachelet, whose popularity has plummeted to 24%, as a result of charges involving her eldest son Sebastian Davalos. teleSUR
