Mexico: ‘El Chapo’ Guzman Escapes Again

Mexican security officials confirm that cartel boss Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman escaped from a Mexican jail on Saturday but have not specified how he got away. The former head of the notorious Sinaloa cartel was last observed in video surveillance footage on the way to the shower area in the Federal Social Re-adaptation Center near the city of Toluca.
