Venezuela Accuses Exxon Mobile of Stirring Up Border Dispute

In an exclusive interview with teleSUR, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro accused Exxon Mobile of financing a campaign against the country and of cornering it into a high-intensity conflict with neighboring Guyana. Exxon Mobile recently discovered large oil deposits in a maritime area disputed by the two countries and received exclusive exploitation rights from the Guyanese government.
