Just based on my life and I don't really feel like typing out the story but I think it makes sense . I hope at least xD
Nala and Simb = Kiaras Parents
Young Nala and Simba and Kovu = random friends of kiaras
Sarabi = nala
fade out = passage of time
Older Kovu is not the same lion as younger Kovu
At end Kovu disappeared (left without a word) if you didn't get it
